While searching for studio space
in February 2005, glass lampworkers Joshua Green, Sean Gaulagher
and Chris George found
a rustic warehouse with huge creative possibilities. They began building
a supportive work environment with 15 separate studios now serving
an eclectic group of 20 artists and crafts people. Shady Tree Studios
nurtures a variety of mediums from painting to ceramics to glass to
handmade steel drums. The artisans encourage and inspire one another,
the gallery blossoms with innovation, and some pieces have been recognized
by publications and appeared at AMOA. Come to Shady Tree Studios and
