I am
Melanie Schopper, assistant to Sun Yong Chung at Ginko Studios. I
make ceramics at my studio on the grounds of The
Center For Maximum Potential Building Systems. For the Center I work
with a team of engineers, designers, architects, and researchers to
design/build objects, architecture, and expressions of sustainability.
This summer’s best project combined their latest building system
and my grandmother’s sewing machine to construct a new farm stand.
The Center’s farmer, Tim McGee, and myself, hold a farmer’s
market each Sunday at our fresh CMPBS storefront. Visit us at: 8604
