136. Barbara Irwin 3905 B Grayson Ln I wanted to be able to take my love of using found objects to a new level so last year, at the age of 65, I started taking welding classes at ACC. I have learned a new respect for people who weld-it’s hard, hot, and physically challenging. A strong love of nature and the garden has always been present throughout the years in my work, but this time I decided to especially create a series of fantasy flowers. The “In The Garden” Series is my attempt to stretch your imagination with flowers that are definitely not your garden variety. |
