Karen Saenz’s artwork is a devotion to adorning, translating and exploring the visual world around us. Her work conveys her sense of awe for the fleeting things that captivate our daily life. Specializing in oil painting, Karen enjoys creating large scale works on canvas or panel, often with unusual dimensions. For fifteen years, she has dreamed of having more space to paint. Today, she enjoys her own private studio at her home in East Austin.
