“The Child Labor Photographs of Lewis Hines (1874-1940).” Hines
travelled the United States documenting child labor in agriculture,
manufacturing and on the street for the National Child Labor Committee.
In this co-curated show Tim Taylor and Neil Coleman have assembled
Hine’s images of children as young as 4 years old chopping
cotton on rural Texas farms and working as messengers in the red
light district of Waco.
